Shipping Methods

All Caul Corp orders are shipped via FedEx from our warehouse located in Valencia, California.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and cleared. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary based on the FedEx service selected and the destination address. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to locations within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact customer support before placing your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a FedEx tracking number will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist with a claim through FedEx.
